Detailed Description	Youth Aid Fund (FAJ) - establishment of means of payment for the distribution of financial aid to young people The purpose of this contract is to provide the Metropolis with means of payment for the distribution of individual emergency financial aid (FAJU) and associated services. The aid must be able to be allocated in the form of virtual or physical prepaid cards. The aid awarded can cover different types of predefined expenses (food, accommodation, transport, health, etc.) according to the regulations in force. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimates are indicative and include all rollover periods. The Metropolis will sign a mandate agreement with the contract holder in accordance with the specifications.
