UiT The Arctic University of Norway, through the Arctic University Museum of Norway, requires an integrated and user-friendly solution for point of sale, online ticketing, booking, memberships, retail, café operations, payments and reporting. The museum operates four visitor sites in Tromsø and receives approximately 200,000 visitors annually. The current arrangements are largely manual and consist of several separate systems. UiT therefore wishes to explore the solutions and delivery models available in the market for digital ticket sales, booking, memberships, inventory management, point-of-sale and café operations, payments and reporting.
