Detailed Description	Supply and implementation of an interoperable ticketing system for Sambre Mobilités - Pass Pass card The Sambre Mobilités joint association, as the Organising Authority for Mobility in its territorial jurisdiction, wishes to equip itself with an interoperable ticketing system. Equipment will have to be provided and installed on board the sixty or so vehicles in the park, as well as at the Stibus agency and at about fifteen dealers, town halls and CCAS spread across the territory. As part of the Pass Pass interoperability approach, the Pass Pass card will be the main medium used by users making regular trips on the Stibus network or in connection with other partner networks.
