Detailed Description	Procurement of an access control system and related services The object of the procurement is the replacement of the Esmikko access control systems located in the buildings managed by the City of Espoo and Espoon Elä ja Asu Oy, Kiinteistö Oy Matinkylän Uimahalli, Kiinteistö Oy Tapiolan Louhi and Kiinteistö Oy Espoon Keskuskeittiö with a new access control system. In addition, the procurement includes the service and maintenance services of the Abloy OS access control system used by the Customer. The sites are located in the City of Espoo area.
