Description: Pursuant to Article L. 2113-2 of the Public Procurement Code, SMO Nord Pas-de-Calais Numérique acts as a central purchasing body in the sense that this buyer acquires supplies or services for other contracting authorities, public companies or contracting entities. The purpose of this contract is to supply: • RGS** and eIDAS personal authentication and signature certificates, on a USB key-type medium, for the agents and elected officials of the member local authorities and public establishments; • NFC cards on a physical medium, intended for agents and elected officials of member local authorities and public establishments, provided according to the same ordering, delivery and delivery methods as personal certificates on a physical medium (see point 3.5).
