Detailed Description Smart cards – (((etiCORE chip card procurement

The subject of this award is the conclusion of a framework agreement with VDV-ETS, which it concludes for the benefit of the German public transport industry. It is the award of a framework contract in favour of third parties, which sets out the conditions under which the beneficiaries (transport companies and associations) can conclude individual contracts for the supply of (((etiCORE-compatible user media. The subject of the delivery services are contactless chip cards. The (((etiCORE applet on the chip cards is provided by VDV-ETS. This must already be factored into the offer price. The development of its own applet by the contractor is not the subject of this invitation to tender.
