Detailed Description	Acquisition and maintenance of RFID equipment, hardware and associated software solutions for the libraries of the City of Reims - RFID Tags Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is the acquisition and maintenance of RFID equipment, hardware and associated software solutions for the libraries of the City of Reims. It will be concluded with a single economic operator. This is a framework agreement, entered into pursuant to Articles R.2162-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code, and concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount set at €1,000,000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the framework agreement.
