Detailed Description Processing financial transactions for an EMV e-ticket - processing and settlement of bank card payments, as well as the management of the related financial processes

The object of the procurement is the provision of a financial transaction processing service (acquiring) related to the electronic ticketing system based on the EMV-based travel authorisation linked to a bank card, which is planned to be introduced by BKK. Within the framework of this public procurement procedure, BKK intends to procure a financial transaction processor who is able to fully perform the bank card acceptor and processing tasks related to the e-ticketing system service in respect of both retail, transit-type (and related debt recovery transactions) and VPOS-type transactions.
