Detailed Description	Purchasing vouchers for 2026 - Gift Vouchers The purpose of this procedure is to purchase paper-based gift vouchers in accordance with the legal requirements in order to support the elderly living in the district. Gift voucher: Pursuant to Section 22 of Act CXVII of 1995 on Personal Income Tax (hereinafter: Personal Income Tax Act) Pursuant to Section 4 (2) a) of the Personal Income Tax Act, a paper with a value indication qualifying as a gift voucher, which is subject to the provisions of Section 1 (2) (a) of the Personal Income Tax Act. In accordance with Section 69 (3) of the Personal Income Tax Act, it can be established without doubt for which product, service, or in what range of products or services it can be used, and in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Income Tax Act.
