Mobile Deployable Biometric and Identity Document Collection Services Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) | Administration for Children and Families (ACF) | Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR)

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), Unaccompanied Children Bureau (UACB) requires contractor support to provide nationwide biometric collection, identity proofing, and identity document processing services in support of sponsor suitability determinations for the Unaccompanied Children (UC) Program. The contractor shall provide an integrated capability to collect, process, transmit, and support adjudication of biometric and identity information used by ORR to facilitate timely, secure, and policy-compliant sponsor vetting.
