Detailed Description HID Card Readers - procurement of HID Signo PIVClass readers

The Naval War College (NWC) requires the procurement of HID Signo PIVClass readers. The readers will be used to replace existing hardware, support OSDP readiness, and enable CAC-based physical access through the Lenel OnGuard access control environment.
