Description: The subject of the procurement is the provision of a financial transaction processing (acquiring) service related to the electronic ticket system, based on cEMV-based, bank card-linked travel entitlements, planned to be introduced by BKK. Within the framework of this public procurement procedure, BKK intends to procure a financial transaction processor that is capable of fully performing the bank card acceptance and processing tasks related to the e-ticket system service, both in terms of retail type, transit type (and related debt recovery transactions), and VPOS type transactions. The service includes the processing and settlement of bank card payments, as well as the management of related financial processes.
