Detailed Description Preventive, curative, evolutionary maintenance and software support of access control systems and associated systems

Description: This contract covers the preventive, curative and, depending on the equipment, scalable maintenance of four safety systems installed in an office building of approximately 9,700 m² consisting of 3 basements, a ground floor and 6 floors. The services include access control (badge reader and a license plate reading camera), intrusion detection, intercom and PPMS system, as well as software support for the TIL brand access control solution. The incumbent also provides advice, technical assistance and information monitoring for the benefit of the FGAO. The building, occupied in operation and secured 24 hours a day by security guards, mainly houses the Guarantee Fund for Compulsory Damage Insurance (FGAO).
