Detailed Description	Consulting on locking, access control and security systems Description : Jyväskylä Tilapalvelu and the city's departments are inviting tenders for a framework agreement, the subject of which is consulting on locking, access control and security systems. The procurement unit is seeking independent expert consulting for the design of locking, access control and security systems, preparation of tenders and life cycle management. One (1) supplier will be selected for the framework agreement. The framework agreement is valid for a fixed term of two (2) years. After the fixed term agreement period, the Client has the opportunity to take advantage of the option years (1+1).
