Detailed Description	Introduction of an IDBT (ID-based Ticketing) System - Validators Description: Tender for the procurement of services in the area of introduction of a network-wide, IDBT-based check-in/check-out system. The aim is to provide barrier-free and intuitive access to public transport for all passenger groups - regardless of smartphone ownership, language skills or detailed fare knowledge. In the future, passengers will be able to check in and out with common means of payment (debit or credit card, RVV prepaid card and Apple Pay / Google Pay). In the background, an automatic best price billing (e.g. daily cap) takes place, so that the passenger can no longer choose the "wrong" fare.
