The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of remote, NFC-based access to the telecommunications cabinets of the Lublin Regional Broadband Network. 2. Remote access should be implemented on AGMAR cabinets type HB2, WSD3K PLUS with RS700/710 tilting handle. 3. The required system must be based on NFC technology and include a battery-free and cable-free system for closing and opening telecommunications cabinets using a smartphone, while ensuring access control for those authorized to use the electronic key. 4. All closing components must be energy self-sufficient, must not require the use of batteries/accumulators and wiring, the required energy must be drawn wirelessly from an NFC compatible smartphone. 5.
