Detailed Description Gift Card Issuance

The contract concerns the issuance and delivery of gift cards in physical (and/or dematerialized) version, for the benefit of the Department's agents, their children and retiring agents. Gift cards are multi-brand, can be used in several times like a bank card, cannot be recharged and issued according to the events (in accordance with the URSSAF). The expenditure is made to the nearest euro. This contract is a single-award framework agreement that is executed on a rolling basis by issuing purchase orders under the conditions set out in Articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code, within the following financial limits: Minimum annual amount: 200,000 euro(s) excluding VAT Maximum annual amount: 800,000 euro(s) excluding VAT
