Detailed Description	Offering of payment system and acquiring agreement Description: Introduction: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is preparing a tender for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' contract for the delivery of a payment system and an acquiring agreement to handle all payments through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' webshop for all of the Ministry's consular systems. As part of the preparation of the tender, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is conducting a preliminary market survey in order to identify potential bidders. The market survey is carried out in accordance with section 39 of the Public Procurement Act, and participation is voluntary. Background information: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs currently has a payment system and acquiring agreement that handles all payments through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' webshop for most of the Ministry's consular systems.
