Title: Customisation, production and distribution services for the European Health Insurance Card
Description: The contracting authority aims to award a framework agreement (24 months) for "services for the personalisation, production and distribution of the European Health Insurance Card". The framework agreement will include both the production services and the distribution/delivery of cards to policyholders at their homes. The technical characteristics and the method of issuing and using the European Health Insurance Card are regulated by Order no. 559/2006 with subsequent amendments and completions.
