Detailed Description	Introduction of cEMV-based e-ticket system in Budapest 1 - providing a so-called cEMV (Europay, MasterCard® and Visa®) based e-ticket system Description : The Contracting Authority intends to procure a service capable of providing a so-called cEMV (Europay, MasterCard® and Visa®) based e-ticket system within the framework of public procurement, together with the validator quantity necessary to cover the metro network. Using the service, customers can use their physical bank card or bank card stored on smart devices (hereinafter: digital bank card) to perform validation (swipe) on validators placed on vehicles or at stops to authorize travel. The travel authorization is assigned to the bank card (in the form of a token), the customer does not receive any paper-based confirmation (e.g. ticket, receipt) after validation or swipe.
