Detailed Description	European health insurance card customization, production and distribution services Description : The contracting authority aims to award a framework agreement (24 months) for "personalization, production and distribution services for the European Health Insurance Card". The framework agreement will include both the production and distribution/delivery services of the cards to insured persons at their home. The technical characteristics and the method of issuing and using the European Health Insurance Card are regulated by Order no. 559/2006 with subsequent amendments and completions. Also, in accordance with the provisions of CNAS Order no. 1151/2019, with subsequent amendments and completions, "The insured person who requests the replacement of the European health insurance card, (...) will be able to benefit, for a fee, from a duplicate European card whose validity period cannot exceed the validity period of the original card" (...).
