Detailed Description	PVID identity verification The purpose of this contract is for the Contractor to provide all components and services enabling any applicant for a Carte Vitale application to benefit from a secure activation process, including identity verification, compliant with the substantial level of the eIDAS Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the Service. This Service includes, in particular, an identity verification service based on the PVID requirements framework or its equivalent*, the purpose of which is to retrieve civil status data from the identity document, and a service for verifying the conformity of the extracted photograph to be entered into the Carte Vitale application.
