Detailed Description	Supply of lottery terminals including terminal software, software maintenance and hardware servicing as well as software changes Description : The Thuringian State Lottery (TSL), as the contracting authority, intends to award the procurement of new gaming terminals to a contractor (hereinafter referred to as the applicant, bidder, or contractor) by means of a new tender. TSL plans to tender the following services: - Purchase of approximately 680 gaming terminals for its acceptance points (AST), of which approximately 50 are required as reserves, for training purposes, and as test installations (CAT - customer acceptance test) - Purchase of terminal software - Use of a terminal management system for a maximum of 11 years - Full service for hardware, software, and software maintenance for a maximum of 11 years. The contracting authority will purchase the gaming terminals and the terminal software.
