Detailed Description Sales of Krakow Public Transport tickets in stationary machines

The subject of the order is the sale of Krakow Public Transport (KMK) tickets in stationary vending machines (KMK). The order consists of the following elements: 3.1.1. basic scope: - development of a Project Plan; - provision of Maintenance, Support and Service Services, including the distribution of KMK tickets and authorizations, operating a Vending Machine Complaints Handling Point, provision of payment services, and handling cash and cashless transactions by the Settlement Agent; accompanying work necessary to implement the Project, such as analytical and design work specified in the DSC for 250 brand new Stationary Vending Machines, installed, installed and configured by the Contractor; - launch and configuration of the Central Management System along with the implementation of information exchange mechanisms with the Ordering Party's ZTP Data Warehouse, as well as tools for submitting complaints, repo....View Full Tender Details in Tender Documents
