The contracting authority/client is Nahverkehr Mainfranken (NVM) GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as "NVM"), Juliuspromenade 40-44, 97070 Würzburg, Germany. NVM will also award the contract. NVM plans to consolidate its acquiring services for various sales channels. This includes payment processing for both card-present sales channels, such as the new validator network, and card-not-present sales channels, such as apps and online sales. To this end, the acquirer must be able to provide NVM's acquiring services for these sales channels and ensure the necessary integrations.
