Description : The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Services are paid for at unit prices. This framework agreement concerns the implementation of a multi-user mobile and internet-based on-street parking payment system for the City of Toulouse. The services will include: - The provision of a complete, paperless mobile payment system for paid parking - Hosting services - Configuration, training, support, and maintenance services associated with the solution.
