Detailed Description	Provision of electronic meal vouchers and gift vouchers to staff of the Port of Brussels The purpose of this service contract is to provide electronic meal vouchers monthly to the staff of the Port of Brussels, and optionally, to provide electronic gift vouchers on an ad hoc basis. The services include: - Creating meal voucher (and, where applicable, gift voucher) accounts into which the face value can be deposited for the benefit of staff members; - Processing orders and monthly allocation of accounts for staff members employed by the Port of Brussels; - Issuing/creating and delivering magnetic cards; - Issuing, creating, and providing new cards in case of loss; - Free notification via SMS and/or a message generated on the mobile phones of voucher recipients through a dedicated application (top-up, expiry, remaining balance); - Providing a smartphone application allowing users to view the status of their voucher portfolio in real time; - Implementing security measures i....View Full Tender Details in Tender Documents
