Detailed Description	Parking payment service via SMS - payment service for a temporary parking permit (parking ticket) via SMS The subject of the contract is the provision of a payment service for a temporary parking permit (parking ticket) via SMS in regulated parking zones of the Capital City of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava. The successful bidder will take on the role of an integrator covering all mobile network operators operating in Slovakia. The solution will include immediate recording of parking permits (parking tickets) into the contracting authority's system in the form of a REST API.
