Detailed Description	TR5004 - Panel for Prepaid Debit Cards and Gift Vouchers (QSQ) - Lot 1: Prepaid Debit Cards Lot 2: Multi Merchant Digital Gift Vouchers to create a panel of suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of prepaid debit cards and multi merchant digital gift vouchers. The Qualification System will be structured across two Lots: Lot 1: Prepaid Debit Cards Lot 2: Multi Merchant Digital Gift Vouchers The QSQ will be used to pre qualify suppliers with the appropriate experience, capability and financial standing.
