The subject of the contract covers the integration of hospital-produced documentation, including treatment records, with the e-Health Center (CeZ) service platform in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract set out in Appendix No. 3 to the Technical Specifications (SWZ), meeting the remaining requirements specified in the SWZ.
