The contracting authority is a 100% owned business entity of the Budapest Capital City XII. District Hegyvidék Local Government (hereinafter referred to as the Municipality). AK performs parking control tasks and operates a parking system on the routes owned by the Municipality and on the routes in the XII. District owned by the Budapest Capital City Municipality. AK aims to operate the public parking system of the Municipality and the private parking system operated by it in the long term, with user-friendliness, safety, high operational reliability and efficiency. The tenderer (AT) is obliged to provide parking operation in any public or private area operated and/or controlled by AK. Public parking spaces owned by the Municipality: 4997 pcs.
