During this public procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority intends to procure the bank card acceptance service on the Personal Sales and Customer Service Network, the TVM Ticket and Pass Sales Machine Network, and the On-site Ticket Verification sales channels. The main tasks of the Winning Tenderer, in particular: • The Winning Tenderer is expected to ensure the operation of the POS, mPOS, softPOS terminals provided by the Winning Tenderer as specified in the technical specifications, to deliver, install and operate the terminals with the functions required by the Contracting Authority, i.e. to provide hardware and software maintenance (terminal management) services, and to provide bank card acceptance services for self-service POS terminals (TVM). • It must accept magnetic stripe, chip and contactless bank cards and smart devices.
