Detailed Description Parking control system procurement

The object of the procurement is an information system for managing parking enforcement, which will be acquired as a SaaS service. The current parking enforcement system of the City of Pori, Helga, supplied by Fujitsu, does not meet all the needs of the city. The system needs to be renewed to meet current requirements. Data will be transferred from the current system to the new system in connection with the system change. The parking enforcement system is currently used by 2 officers and 7 parking inspectors. Approximately 20,000 parking fines are recorded in the system annually. 500-800 payment requests are sent per month. Approximately 1,000 decisions on correction requests are mailed per year. The new system must be able to handle all stages from recording a parking fine to statistics.
