Detailed Description Framework agreement on the hardware and installation work of Abloy OS access control systems in the buildings of the University of Jyväskylä

The framework agreement covers the access control systems and installations of various buildings at the University of Jyväskylä in 2026-2030. Three suppliers will be selected for the framework agreement. The winner of the tender will be responsible for the installation of the access control systems for 2026, and in the future, the installation work and equipment will be put out to tender as mini-competitions either by building or as a whole for several buildings annually among the three suppliers selected for the framework agreement. The installation work of the access control system will be carried out in the buildings or parts thereof.
