Detailed Description E-ticketing system needed to improve public passenger transport in the Timișoara metropolitan area

The contract to be awarded involves the provision of a new e-ticketing system, which must comply with the requirements of the Specifications, namely: - To have a cloud solution available at least in a public cloud; - To have a data and processing infrastructure that must correspond to a complete, secure system, available 24/7 with data and service architecture in a public cloud and, optionally, in a local data center, as well as a disaster recovery plan. This disaster plan must be scripted, operable on demand, testable upon delivery and in a real context at least once every 6 months; - To use the latest technologies in the field of charging, fleet monitoring, distribution of audio-video content on screens and anti-fraud solutions; - To use technologies that expose data through APIs between components.
