The aim of the competition is to procure a ticket system that shall increase the theatre's ticket income, contribute to good financial management, ensure cost efficient operation, strengthen customer relations and make the theatre appear as a safe and professional actor. The system shall ensure a seamless experience for the contracting authority and the customer from ticket to entrance, high availability, reliable data quality and compliance with the current requirements for universal design, privacy and security.
