* Provide a complete ticketing management solution for both seated and unseated ticketing and fixed and mobile access control for the cultural establishments of the City of Toulouse, Toulouse Métropole and the Public Establishment of the Capitole, meeting the functional and technical objectives of the Community;
* The rights to use the solution (hosting, preventive, regulatory and corrective maintenance) including telephone support (access to support and hotline), remote maintenance and third-party application maintenance; * the takeover and acquisition of hardware and associated maintenance;
