Detailed Description Supply, delivery and management of meal vouchers in the form of rechargeable smart cards for the Nîmes Métropole Agglomeration Community

The contractor will be responsible for providing, delivering, and then crediting digital meal vouchers in the form of a smart card with a PIN to each requesting employee of the Nîmes Métropole Agglomeration Community.
The contractor's responsibilities include:
- Providing rechargeable smart cards, contactless or with contactless technology, for crediting meal vouchers;
- Providing digital meal vouchers as credit on the aforementioned card — the card will be credited after receipt of purchase orders from the contracting authority;
- Providing an online IT solution for managing meal vouchers for the managers of the Nîmes Métropole Agglomeration Community.
