Detailed Description Tender for a limited partnership share, a ticketing system and a booking system, as well as services related to ticket and package sales for the Oberammergau Passion Play in 2030 and optionally for 2034

In 2030, at least 80 and at most 115 performance days are expected to take place. The Passion Play Theatre is expected to have a capacity of 4,384 people. For the last Passion Play, the municipality established a municipal limited liability company under private law and sold a 24% stake in the company by means of a share purchase agreement. The municipality has since reacquired this 24% stake and intends to transfer it for the 2030 Passion Play to the bidder who submits the most economically advantageous offer in this tender process.
