Detailed Description Delivery of prepaid electronic gift cards for Ministry of Foreign Affairs employees on the occasion of Foreign Service Day

The subject of the order is the sale to the Ordering Party and delivery to its registered office of electronic prepaid gift cards (hereinafter referred to as "Cards") for employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, intended for use in institutions and facilities promoting culture, sports, as well as various forms of entertainment and offering relaxation, beauty and biological regeneration treatments in the territory of the Republic of Poland (in particular in the capital city of Warsaw), and secured with an individual PIN code, issued to the bearer, in the quantity of 1,900 pieces (in words: one thousand nine hundred) with a value of PLN 500.00 (in words: five hundred) gross each, subject to the option right as in point 4.5. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the OPZ (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ).
