INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF RFID
EQUIPMENT AND STICKERS FOR THE ASSETS PROCUREMENT AND INVENTORY
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (APIMS)

1) The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), through the General Appropriations Act of 2025, intends to apply the sum of Philippine Pesos Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand (Php7,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of RFID
Equipment and Stickers for the Assets Procurement and Inventory Management System (APIMS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
