Detailed Description RFID Tracking Solution - Radio-Frequency Identification Device (RFID) Asset Management Tracking System

The system shall have the following:
 Six RFID Rugged Readers and 6 chargers with software to operate the asset tracking system
 One cordless scanner to be used in conjunction with a laptop, tablet, and self-contained device. To be installed at the Comm Squadron bldg. 1101
 6 Fixed RFID Imagers/Scanners installed in Dolan Hall bldg. 4116
 One Barcode/RFID Label Printer with a minimum of 5,000 labels
 Windows 11 based system compatibility
 Common Access Card (CAC) capable for user identification
 Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) suite, with ability for twelve users/admin
 Scalable system to add additional facilities and equipment, with a minimum asset count of 15,000 items
 Ability to operate on mobile devices such as CAC enabled tablets.
