Detailed Description Delivery of hybrid smart cards

The subject of the public contract is the supply of hybrid chip cards for two-factor authentication and electronic signature for employees of the Prague City Hall, the Municipal Police, the city districts of Prague and other organizations established by the City of Prague, in a total expected volume of up to 7,000 chip cards.

Specifications:
A.1 Carrier format: plastic chip card the size of a regular bank card (85.60 x 53.98mm)1
A.2 The certificate carrier must contain both a contact and a contactless part (contact and contactless chips) -hybrid smart card
A.3 The smart card must be certified to comply with the EN 419 211 standard and at least with the following profiles: y BSI-CC-PP-0059 y BSI-CC-PP-0075 y BSI-CC-PP-0071 y BSI-CC-PP-0072 y BSI-CC-PP-0076
A.4 The card must be certified as a QSCD (qualified electronic signature creation device) according to elDAS2
