Detailed Description RFID Tags - Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Library System

The Lee County Libraries (Library) is requesting proposals for the supply, installation, training, associated services and warranties for a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system for circulation, cataloging, and collection management at the new main library by an experienced leader in the industry. The system will work seamlessly with the Library’s current Integrated Library System (ILS), Evergreen, to provide:
• Improved patron experience with streamlined circulation processes
• Simplified materials processing for staff
• Reduced staff time on collection management
• Improved catalog accuracy
• Reduced material losses with security gates
