Detailed Description	Implementation and maintenance of the Tyska Karta Mieszkańca (Tychy Resident Card) system, including the delivery of the necessary equipment Contractor is required to execute / execute with due diligence, within the last 5 years before the deadline for submission of offers, and if the period of activity is shorter - during this period, at least 2 orders (each based on a separate agreement) consisting in the implementation and maintenance of a resident card management system together with a dedicated mobile application for residents and a www portal. The Ordering Party requires that one executed order covers a city with a number of at least 100,000 inhabitants. contractor is required to delegate to perform the contract: - one person who will act as Team Leader, with professional experience acquired in the last 5 years before the deadline for submitting offers, consisting in directing, managing or coordinating at least one project covering the implementation of a resident card management system.
