Detailed Description	Printing card – Production and delivery of plastic EHIC card blanks (Plastic Cards) - Qty 4,850,000 pieces / Execution and delivery of plastic EKUZ card blanks - Qty 4,850,000 pieces The subject of the contract is the "Production and delivery of plastic EHIC card blanks" in the number of 4,850,000 pieces in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the SWZ The Contractor will meet the condition if it proves in terms of technical capacity that: in the last 3 years before the deadline for submission of offers, and if the period of conducting business activity is shorter - during this period, it has duly performed at least 2 separate deliveries consisting in the production and delivery of plastic cards with a print made using a permanent technique
