Detailed Description	Comprehensive surveillance and security service, access control service and comprehensive maintenance of security, intrusion and CCTV installations, connection to alarm receiving center, key custody, and provision of attendance service for all spaces assigned to the ICAS and all activities and events organized or co-organized by the ICAS This contract will include, among others, the following services: Surveillance, protection, security in spaces, equipment, infrastructure, facilities, movable and immovable property and offices in the spaces assigned to the ICAS or in the activities/events organized or co-organized by the ICAS, including all spaces open to the public, as well as those with restricted access and possible new assignments of spaces that may be carried out during the term of the contract, as well as provision of the attendance service. Auxiliary services related to access control to spaces and activities/events organized or co-organized by the ICAS. Auxiliary services related to information, attention to the general public and interest groups that access and/or remain inside the spaces or activities/events organized or co-organized by the ICAS. Maintenance service as well as necessary repairs for the perfect operation of the Control Center, Security Systems, Control Center and CCTV video surveillance, Intrusion and Fire of the ICAS. Opening and closing doors, as well as safekeeping and control of keys to ICAS spaces.
