Detailed Description Supply, Installation and Maintenance of RFID machines for the Ardenne Métropole media libraries.

Purpose of the contract: Supply, Installation and Maintenance of RFID machines for media libraries in Ardenne Mhtropole The consultation concerns the supply, installation, configuration and maintenance of loan/return machines intended to optimize the loan and return services of documents within the media libraries of the Ardenne-M6tropole Agglomeration Community network.

5 Loan-return machine, on foot, PMR, RFID with barcode reader, screen, delivered with ticket printer at the media library

The service provider must provide software to remotely manage the machines. This software must be installed on at least two workstations in each of the three media libraries concerned.
The service provider will also be required to provide comprehensive training on the use of this software for a group of six people. The cost of this training will be included in the price of the machines.

30,000 RFID tags,
10 reading, writing and equipment stations for loans, returns and equipment stations internal,
10 rolls of paper for printing transactions.
