Detailed Description GovID Card Management Solution

The Customer has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of finding a capable, fit for purpose Supplier for an ID Card Printers, Software solution, consumables and Support and maintenance agreement as set out in Appendix A – GOV ID Cards Solution QPS20878.

The Protective Services Group (PSG) is part of the QPS Security and Counter Terrorism Command (SCTC), and currently manages the Government Identity Card (Gov ID) Office who issue official government ID cards on behalf of most Queensland government departments. The Gov ID Office manages the administration and issuing of approximately 35,000 official government ID cards per year to government employees and contractors across Queensland.
