Detailed Description	Transport tickets – Purchase of Metropolis tickets for resale 1. The subject of the order is the sale by the Contractor of single-use public transport tickets to the Ordering Party and their further resale by the Ordering Party. 2. The Ordering Party sells tickets through selected post offices, subordinate to the Katowice Trade Department, ul. Mielżyńskiego 5, 41-849 Zabrze, at prices consistent with their currently applicable face value. 3. Orders will be placed by Poczta Polska SA Katowice Trade Department. 4. The Ordering Party will place an order covering the subject of the agreement once a month, according to the Ordering Party's needs, in writing under penalty of invalidity of such an order.
